AHC: Have Poland-Lithuania conquer Silesia and Pommerania

With a POD between 1569-1795, Have the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth conquer Pomerania, East Prussia and Silesia (You know similar to the land given to Poland in 1945)

Prussia would be easy in early 1500s, after 1525 there's either - no casus beli since it belongs to PLCs vassal, or PLC is too weak. There's no reason to conquer Pomerania (why antagonise peaceful HRE neighbours when real enemies are Muscovites, Swedes, or Ottomans). Same with Silesia since Casimir the Great yielded Polish claims on that region.

Perhaps only option would be to have one of the kings (Bathory maybe?), starting to successfully centralise and increase royal power, so that PLC instead of being politically crippled in 18th century could emerge as a strong European player in imperial era.

If anything the PLC taking Pomerania and Silesia IMO would have hastened the demise of the PLC by further stacking up their enemies. With wars against the Ottomans, Russians and Swedes added to by whoever had an interest in Pomerania and/or Silesia (maybe Austria) either get an earlier collapse or an earlier crisis that makes the szlachta recognise that the Commonwealth form of government was too weak to stand up against the other powers in Eastern/Central Europe
