AHC: Have Napoleon's Empire retain as much of the radical Revolution as possible

Things like the Republican calendar, a more hostile stance towards the Church, and a retention of Revolutionary rhetoric.

Things like the Republican calendar, a more hostile stance towards the Church, and a retention of Revolutionary rhetoric.

- Republican calendar - just silly, it's far too complicated and there are problems with not enough free days.
- Hostile stance towards the chruch: already done, convents dissolved in the occupied territories (e.g. Westphalia); the concordat and the coronation are only swank - the kidnapping of the pope is enough to enough to reveal Napoleon's real opinion on religious affairs
- retention of Revolutionary rhetoric - oh, in the occupied "model states" of Germany, the rhetorics of the Frenchs were very liberal. They spoke of Freedom of religion, equality and national representation (and, in fact, really fulfilled these declarations).

So, yes, you see that there is no big difference between the revolutionary ideas and the bonapartist ideology (at least not between the directoire and the empire).

It would not be Npoleon if It remained radical. Napoleon hâtés the disorders brought by mobs, be the y revolutionary or not. His program literally was to end the revolution and reconcile France.
