AHC: Have Fascism rise in Germany in a world where they win world war 1

They go all out on the western front and knock France out early, but this gives Russia breathing room to advance really deep into Prussia and almost knock the Habsburgs out of the war while they're still fighting Serbia. For most of the war, the front line is in Prussia, Slovakia and Hungary. Because of the Russian advance, the terms offered to France aren't too harsh, so as to make sure the French accept them.

The Germans manage to start pushing Russia and the allies that bolstered her in the eastern front (UK, Japan) back after a few years of fighting in Germany. By now they've lost their colonies and suffered major defeats at the sea. With the European war turned and a strong German advance under way, the Russians are faced with a revolutin at home. They accept a peace that would grant Germany control over Poland and Lithuania. The British retreat from German colonies that they've occupied. Japan refuses to hand over the far-eastern colonies it occupied, but does pay reparations to Germany as part of an overall peace treaty.

Germany is much worse off than in OTL as it was still hit by a British blockade, the Russians occupied large parts of Prussia for years, even entering Saxony and Czechia at one point. A-H is still dependant on Germany and the French and Japanese reparations are miniscule. The colonies are a drain.

Since France only fought briefly, its OTL demographic problems aren't there. Germany lost much more. France is rearming. France and Britain are helping Russia's resurgent rise.

Germany is a sad place surrounded by enemies and a couple of its own eastern puppet states whose populations detest their new overlords.

TTL's German fascist movement would start off in Prussia, not Bavaria. They'd use anti-semitism in their propaganda, but most of it would focus on the racial hatered against Russians and other Eastern Europeans.

They'd propagate for German settlement of Poland and Lithuania which the unpopular Kaiser's regime is failing to do. They might be hostile to Austria-Hungary and friendly to Italy who they'd see as a possible new ally against France and Britain. Once they win power in Prussia, they'd secure their grip over the rest of Germany over the next few years. Their demands might be more colonial in nature to help prop up italy, but also against Austria.

Their strategy for the second war would be a bit different. Either

1) Knock France out first with Italy's help, but this time make sure the peace treaty is much harsher. The eastern buffer states take the brunt of the Russian offensive. Turn around and dismantle Russia. Italy can help keep the UK busy.

2) Stay heavily defensive in the west, knock Russia out in one major offensive. Finish off France later.

Operation Michael succeeds and the germans take Amiens. The Allies panic and an offensive is launched that summer, spearheaded by the American that just arrived to Europe. It is a complete disaster, and Wilson lose all political capital due to that, with the public feeling that they've been tricked to enter the European meatgrinder for nothing. To regain public support, Wilson begins pressuring Great Britain and France to make peace with Germany.
Germany gets Camerun (with the borders from before the Moroccan Crisis and minus the british occupied part), Togoland and East Africa back; also annexes Luxemburg and establishes puppet monarchies in Ukraine, the Baltic, Lithuania and Poland. Asutria Hungary gets out with Status Quo (except for Sandjak, which it's annexed into Bosnia), and Turkey is left to the tender mercies of the Entente. Bulgaria gets San Stefano borders.
The Reds win the Civil War in Russia, taking control of more or less modern Russia, Belarus and Central Asia.
In the early 20's A-H collapses from ethnic strife. Germany moves in and manages to install a puppet king in Hungary and in Croatia. Austria and Bohemia are (separately) absorbed into the Reich, with autonomy similar to that of Bavaria. The Italians and the Serbians, which have both gone fascistish, move into Bosnia. The Germans try to install a puppet king in Bosnia too, and it all quickly descends into a three-way war. The stalemate lasts for 1-2 years, and eventually a settlements is reached, where Serbai gets an autonomous Bosnia, Italy gets Dalmatia and Germany Croatia. Germany accepts basically because troops are needed in the East and in Hungary, to put down nationalist and Red uprisings.
Troubles don't end there for Germany. Ethnic conflict continues in Hungary, needing of permanent german garrisoning in Transylvania, Banat and Slovakia. Troops are also sent to Eastern Europe for similar motives. Togoland is eventually sold to pay for all this, the promised wealth of Eastern Europe never reaching Germany due to constant guerrilla. Unrest grows with the growing bodybags coming from the East with german corpses inside them. Due to the growing popularity of the KPD elections are suspended and a State of Emergency declared.
Eventually some war vet from the Great War or the occuppation of the East and Hungary creates a fascist party, with string emphasis on german cultural identity and the primacy of the german people (I see it more along Italian lines rather than close to Nazism). He believes that the current problems of Germany are due to foreign agents allied with leftist intelligentsia, all of it orchestrated by a secret alliance of the bankers and capitalists of London and Paris and the Godless communists of Moscow, to try and destroy Germany through sabotage and subterfuge, as they couldn't through open war (proving german superiority). The party's popularity grows among vets and conservative folk, and eventually the Emergency Government (probably dominated by an alliance of the military and rightist parties like DNVP) allies with them, allowing elections to take place. The KPD remains banned, and the DNVP+the Fascist Party win the elections. Eventually the fascists take over the government and/or the DNVP.

Title says all

I don't even see that as particularly difficult. After all, Italy was one of the victors, as were Japan, Romania, Greece, etc. (Now I know that it can be debated whether some of these nations were ever "truly" fascist, but at least it's hard to deny that characterization for Italy, which after all invented the term.)

It's really not so hard , I think. You don't even need a phyric victory like others seem to suggest: the Hindenburg Program and Ost government weren't that far removed from Fascism in terms of economic policy. Have them produce notable successes/ ease thr pains of war and help being smashing victories on the front, and post-war politicians could easily start making arguements that autarky is important, government control in partnership with big bussiness gets results, the nation works better for everyone when there's no parties only Germans, ect. Sure, it might not rise to dictatorial power, but the Fascists could easily become a major party in the Reichstag and even head some governments, particularly if the Socialists start looking like Soviet catspaws

A close run victory/white peace scenario in ‘18 (Ludendorff doesn’t collapse and the WAllies are at least resisted to the point their offensive peters out).

Other than that, have everything OTL. Then have no Führereid and have the Heer oppose the Nazis at some point (in response to Night of the Long Knives?) and put someone in power aligned to their own views. Another Von Papen government for example.
