AHC: Have Britain/England conquered as many times as possible.

I assume these are based on your reading in various nonEnglish sources, by the way?

I trust you, I'm just curious, as this is one of the many subjects the English speaking world doesn't cover very well.

You have english-speaking sources covers that. Thomas F. Glick by exemple, from Boston university.

For the Berbers, you had actually another factors : the guys that fought and came back to Africa, and others that replaced them. Fresh troops helps too. A lot.

Some, but not as much. Will look up Glick though.

So does that mean that the 10,000 Berbers is 10,000 at any given time, 10,000 in the first wave, what?

No. As said, this was the 750's numbers. Maybe more Berbers in 710's and certainly far less Arabs (as the Syrian djunds came only in the 740's)

Then what did you mean in regards to " the guys that fought and came back to Africa, and others that replaced them."? I'm not sure I follow you.

No. You had flux of Berbers coming in and lefting Hispania before 740.

AND during and after the Berber Revolt, you had Arabs from the army besieged and defeated by Berbers that settled Al-Andalus.

So there's ten thousand Berbers (warriors and male) +5,000 Arabs as of 750, but the figures as of the initial attacks may be different.

I feel like I'm being unusually dense here.
