AHC: Greater Germany, Greater Japan, Greater Italy

With PODs no earlier than 1st September 1939, make Poland, Denmark, and Low Countries parts of present day Germany, Korea and Manchuria parts of present day Japan, and Libya part of present day Italy...

Its hard to have a pacifist Self Defense Force only Japan have Manchuria and Korea. Same goes for an anti-nazi Germany (or any Germany for that matter) having Denmark and the low countries... which were never really part of Greater Germany like Korea or Libya were to Japan and Italy respectively).

Still ill take a shot at two out of three.

Japan is defeated by the US as usual and the Soviets August Storm the crap out of the Japanese Army. The POD is that they dont turn Manchuria over to Mao for whatever reason and instead set up a Manchu People's Republic in accordance with the double shell plan. Cold War happens and the Soviets lose and collapse spectacularly like irl. Among other things so does the MPR. The new un communist Republic of Manchuria is to be a pretty bad wreck, tends to happen when a nation is a vassal of the Soviet Empire. In anycase the nation isnt invaded by China, even though they pretty much dont have the ability to put up a fight. Just roll with it. America and Europe are too busy gobbling up the new Eastern European nations into NATO and such to pay much attention to Manchuria. The economic powerhouse of the region Japan on the otherhand (developed as otl more or less) is rich, and ether the nation or a group of enterprising businessmen see opportunity and make several loans or investments into Manchuria, it helps that the local dictator is both able to keep a semblance of stability while being receptive to bribes from the Japanese. The end result, the Republic of Manchuria ends up as little than an extension of Japanese economic interests.

Italy also goes the same path it went down on irl. POD is that a genuine and vocal communist movement appears in Libya. However diplomatic blunder by the Soviets during one of the inter allies meetings of overstating how communist the Libyan group actually is. Unfortunately for Libya (or depending on your view point of how Gaffadi's rule has been irl, fortunately) the other allied nations believe some of it and see Libya as a possible hotbed of anti-colonialism and communism after its independence. Obviously not wanting that to spread to the rest of Africa, they justify Libya as being as Italian as Algeria is France, perhaps by making a few 'mistakes' in population figures, and allow Italy to keep Libya. Somehow they are able to keep it until the modern day.

Or you can just go the obvious route of having Italy not join ww2, but thats a bit cliche.

Both long shots i admit, but i had fun thinking of ideas.

As for Germany... like i said, hell if i know.

Interesting scenarios...
Btw can someone tell me which nations of Europe that actually were parts of Greater Germany in OTL, so maybe I can change the OP...
Austria? Switzerland? Czech?

"Großdeutschland" included Austria for most and Czech ("Bohemia-Moravia") for some others. The latter is a bit iffy, as it has its own cultural identity, but was part of the HRE and later the Austrian Empire for centuries.

There was a somewhat far-fetched chance of Denmark becoming part of the German Empire, but that was when the latter was just being formed, and would've been little more than a desperate bet by the Danish king to keep Schleswig-Holstein and wouldn't have been supported by the Danish populace, thus not only outside of the specified PoD, but also rather unlikely, to say the least.

Hm... a try from me.

Hitler dies shortly after the OP's earliest PoD, and after a brief power-struggle against the SS under some remaining hardcore-Nazis, a coalition of Wehrmacht officers takes power. The Phony War drags on; neither side is keen on invading the other and repeating the trench war horrors, and Germany's deals with the SU keep it from running out of crucial materials due to British blockade.
Talks likewise drag on, as the Allies are insistent on Germany returning to pre-Anschluss borders (thus give up Austria, Czech, and Poland, while the generals, though initially less clear about their exact negotiation goals, want to keep as much as possible.

The Soviets' aggression breaks the stalemate, and after a while leads to a similar situation, where technically a state of war exists between the Soviet Union and the Allies, but neither side does much. The Allies, seeing the danger of their two enemies allying, accede to most German demands to prevent simply being presented with a fait accompli, but with a number of demands of their own, such as large population exchanges (i.e. Germans from A-L and Southern Tyrol being repatriated into Germany, and Poles from Poznan, Silesia and the corridor being repatriated into Poland), free elections in Congress Poland, concessions for Polish trade in Baltic ports, all with neutral observers.

Without the Fall of France, Italy doesn't enter the war and instead focuses on its own colonial holdings, leading, after a while, to the discovery of the Libyan oilfields. The area is flooded with Italian workers, soldiers and settlers to bind it and its mineral wealth closer to the homeland, soon leading to a situation comparable to French Algier.

In Asia, the lack of a large European war leads to more caution on the side of the Japanese Empire, which restricts its ambitions to China. Ultimately, it withdraws from mainland China after a few years due to a variety of factors, but retains Korea as a colonial holding, and a sphere of influence in Manchuria.
