I am assuming you are asking WI the arm ships Bayern and Aud made it to India and Ireland respectively. It should be pointed out that the Indian dissidents were a lot of Sikhs, some Muslims and very few Hindus.
As for the Aud making it to Fenit it would mean that O'Neill would not try to call off the rising and so there would be more than a half hearted effort in Dublin. There is still no way that the rebels would prevail though they would merely cause more trouble and force Britain to commit more troops to Ireland for a few months. This was not what Casement wanted. There is a story where Casement gets what he really wanted.
