With a POD after the Battle of Crecy...

Make sure that by 1530 there is a succession war still ongoing in France. And it's between one Salic claimant and not one, but three non-Salic claimants. One of the non-Salic claimant is the King of England, (Plantagenet) who is also controlling Gascony and Calais (and possibly more), but not Paris. All claimants have control of significant areas of France, with the one in control of Paris having the most or second most largest control of France's lands.

The Plantagenet claimant spent the last 30 years doing almost nothing to enforce his claim other than holding a defensive posture in his French lands, counterattacking anyone who tries to assault them, collecting ransoms from the inevitable failed attempts to assault his lands, and providing sanctuary for his French supporters while he assures them developments will come that will make if favorable to march onto Paris.

The Hapsburgs are Holy Roman Emperors like OTL (their rise might be different if you make the POD during Edward III's of England's time, just make sure they do rise). A Hapsburg scion married Mary of Burgundy or TTL's equivalent. If all four claimants recognized the Burgandian succession as an indivisible entity, they would support the Plantagenet claims for... some reason you make it up. As it is, only the Plantagenet claimant recognizes the County of Burgundy and others land rightfully belong to the Hapsburgs, making their reason for support even stronger. However, like the Plantagenet claimant himself, they aren't making any active moves in 1530. De facto control of the Burgundy heartland lies in the local counts, who are split between the various French claimants.

So... how to do it? The hard part is that in TTL, there are four claimant with some supporters in France.
