AHC: Frederick von Sansoucci, composer

And no, OTL doesn't count.:D

Your challenge is to have who we know as Frederick the Great, become a classical music composer, on the same level as say Haydn or Mozart, with a POD before 1740.

(Again, although Old Fritz wrote some pieces OTL, assume they don't exist. :p)

maybe his father give up with him(barring a no or different von katte incident) and he decided under his brother patronage an arts and music carrer, would not be weird if one his opera is about a prince never get along his father and was in love with a princess of a distant kingdom but religion forbaded it  and later the non Sancto love with his militarry buddy

"von Sanssouci" is exceedingly unlikely. For several reasons. 1) it wasn't a specific hereditary estate, 2) the language mix is very, very odd (think "von Dunroamin"), and 3) if he's turfed right out of the royal family, so he doesn't have any of the minor titles that he'd have held, then he might be out of the aristocracy, and not entitled to "von".

Sorry, I just put that in to distinguish him from all of the other Frederick the Seconds out there.
