The League of Nations was a valiant effort to create a UN before the UN, but ultimately it failed...badly. It failed to respond effectively to Japans expansion into Manchuria, Italy's invasion of Ethiopia and the Spanish Civil War. Your challenge is to fix it. Simple right?

A good start would be Wilson accepting to compromise with the republicans and the USA membership being a not binding one so the USA gets into.
