AHC: Fire Emblem 64

Some background on this AHC:

Fire Emblem is a strategy RPG series developed by Intelligent Systems for Nintendo since 1990. The first installment, Fire Emblem: Dark Dragon and the Sword of Light, was released that year on April 20th on the Famicom. This game was remade and released on the Nintendo DS as Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon in 2008, and would be considered the eleventh installment in the franchise. The second installment: Fire Emblem: Gaiden, with a largely different set of characters and plot, was released in 1992, also for the Famicom.

The third installment, Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem, would be the first to be released on the Super Famicom. Its story and gameplay would be split into two books, with Book 1 being an updated remake of the first game, and Book 2 being a direct sequel to these events. Book 2 would receive a DS remake in 2010, considered the twelfth installment of the series.

The fourth installment, Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War, would be considered the franchise's magnum opus especially for many fans. Like the previous game, it would be released on the Super Famicom, yet was released in 1996, a month before the Nintendo 64 debuted. It would be the first of the Jugdral games, which take place roughly a thousand years before the events of the first three games, and feature a different cast of characters. It would then be followed up by Fire Emblem: Thracia 776, which would take place in between two chapters of the previous game as a "midquel" of sorts. Whilst it would be released in 1999, it was released for the Super Famicom instead.

As the following game in the series (Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade) would be released on the Game Boy Advance in 2002, we thus see that the Nintendo 64 was the first Nintendo home console to not have any Fire Emblem games until the Wii U (as the two latest installments, Fire Emblem: Awakening and Fire Emblem: if are for the 3DS).

So, the challenge goes: Make it so that Intelligent Systems actually releases a Fire Emblem game for the N64.
 
The isssue is, Shozou Kaga ego problems killed fire emblem in N64, originally the idea was thracia 776 as a dual release SNES/N64 (being a full 2D game both version) and later a full fledge 3d fire emblem but somehow thracia was over dragged in time and Kaga quitted when game was finisished 1998-1999(the game was ready but nintendo wanted to be the exclusive of Nintendo Power buying system) and later make Tear Ring Saga who acording Nintendo lawsuit was made with Stolen Assets of a fire emblem in process(the legendary 64/Ankoku no Miko- Maiden of Darkness) and enter a whole issue, later we got binding blade when they ported sucessfully the fe5 engine in gba.

So maybe Kaga got along and both ported thracia and make an original FE inspired both Tear Ring Saga and Binding blade(two semi different route with two co protagonist), and that keep the tradition of TWO FE per console.
