AHC : Faster / earlier civil rights in the USA

With a PoD after 1900 is there a way to make civil rights happen earlier, such that the major milestones (Brown, Civil Rights act, Loving) and the general warming of black-white relations happens at least 3, or ideally 5-10 years earlier?

The tentpole events of the 20th century (WW1, the Depression, and WW2) should still occur as ~OTL, but feel free to change presidents, other leadership, lesser events, etc.

If I may direct your attention to this video by The Alternate Historian. A. Phillip Randolph, an unsung hero in mainstream conversations of the Civil Rights movement, nearly held a March on Washington DC in the 40s to desegregate the Army. Ultimately, President Roosevelt signed an order doing just that, and the March officially fizzled out. However, if the March did happen and Roosevelt was pushed to do so in the wake of such an event, ultimately, trying to help the American war machine during WW2 and save face from any possible atrocities committed by Police on the day, the Civil Rights, in the long term, may gain more steam.
