AHC Enslave Filipinos on a widescale

WI similar to Africans, Filipinos during their colonized years either by the Spanish, other Europeans or even the Americans were sent overseas in mass numbers for chattel slavery?

There are two main problems with that.

The reason Europeans bought so many slaves from Africa were because they needed a cheap, heat and tropical disease resistant labor force to mine American gold and grow cash crops in the West Indies. What made West Africa so perfect for it was because it was quite large, but also quite divided, with lots of tribes living directly next to each other, meaning they were constantly fighting, and thus constantly taking slaves. I don't know that the ethnic and geopolitical layout of the Phillipines is right to get similar levels of inter-tribal conflict, but even if they were, I don't see a storng demand. There's nowhere near to the Philippines that needs a large population of chattel laves.

Plus, West Africa is faaaaar closer to the Carribean and eastern South America. Your best bet would either be a giant East Asian (Chinese??) empire that conquered the Phillipenes and considers native Filipino islanders subhuman or an extremely racist alt-USA (maybe uber-Confederates??) that conquers the islands from Spain and then uses them as free chattel for their rapidly expanding industry.

In 1777 the Spanish received island of Fernando Po and part of tropical Africa giving it for first time direct access to African slaves.

POD Britain France enforce ban on slave trade earlier making getting African slaves harder. Spain lacking $$ to buy much more expensive slaves and instead turns to Filipinos as source of slaves for plantation and mines in the American colonies.

If anything they'd move enslaved people from the Canary Islands to Fernando Po.

I can see Filipinos hired as indentured servants much like how Indians became indentured servants. But not chattel slavery.

The Muslim southerners did have slave raids, so you'll need the Dutchmen to triumph over the Spaniards for any convincing mass slavery to happen. There's no point importing slaves away from the ass-end of the Spanish Empire where they were most needed.

The Song Empire industrializes. A post-Song Industrialized government needs/wants slave labor and being part of East Asia the relatively weaker Filipiinos are targeted.

Only the visayans would be targeted by this slave labor...there were certain tribes in Subsaharan Africa which are weak that are chosen for slavery..the people of Northern Luzon down to Tondo and Sulu are allies with Sumatrans and Javanese in fact they were once part of Majapahit perhaps they can sell visayans or central philippine speakers inc. tagalogs for for Slavery, the people of Northern Luzon hate the Borneans who invaded Tondo and the tagalogs are settling bulacan and tondo that would be a motive of the Northerners to sell visayans and tagalogs as slaves..and Tagalogs are under Bruneian Suzerainty..

I read that Visayans were traded as slaves as well..Henry of Malacca most likely came from Visayas.
