There are two main problems with that.
The reason Europeans bought so many slaves from Africa were because they needed a cheap, heat and tropical disease resistant labor force to mine American gold and grow cash crops in the West Indies. What made West Africa so perfect for it was because it was quite large, but also quite divided, with lots of tribes living directly next to each other, meaning they were constantly fighting, and thus constantly taking slaves. I don't know that the ethnic and geopolitical layout of the Phillipines is right to get similar levels of inter-tribal conflict, but even if they were, I don't see a storng demand. There's nowhere near to the Philippines that needs a large population of chattel laves.
