How could Egypt, with a POD before the Asyrian or Persian invasion conquer the 'World' , by world, I mean the civilized and settled world.

And that includes India also.

But not China cause that's like another planet for that time period.

A reformist and militant Pharaoh in the VI century BC fend off the Persians and put the country back on track, then one of his descendant down the line could develop a strong navy and an expansionist doctrine... even then, it would more likely result in a Egyptian Med with a network of client-kingdoms.

Indigenous Egypt always had a self-centered culture. They saw the shores of the Nile as the paradise on Earth, Egyptians would have been very reluctant to go colonize abroad.

Ramses the Great (though him being the first person in history to create a peace treaty and to violate said treaty) dreamed of a Middle Eastern Hegemony, but he failed. I suspect that even if he could control the lands in his lifetime, his heirs would not be able to - it would easily collapse like a poorly built pyramid on sand. It is far easier for Persia, Babylon, or Alexander to create a Middle Eastern hegemony - for they had the impetus for expansion.
