AHC: Earliest possible non-HRE German state post 1300?

There it is on the tin. What's the earliest possible date for an independent and sovereign Kingdom of Germany or other German state that isn't the Holy Roman Empire (i.e. a unified and reformed Empire doesn't count)? It has to encompass at least two thirds of the 1871 German Empire, but could include Austria as well.

Bonus points if the German state is still part of the Holy Roman Empire (i.e. unified within the Empire)

What is the reason the Eastern Half of Charlemagne's empire inherited the imperial title? Would there be a way to move the HRE to France and divide the east into Germany and Italy? Or something along those lines.

I asked this a while ago, and had some great answers. They said they were going to expand it into a TL on this sometime in January or February, but it seems like that isn't the case.

That might be interesting, but I think it falls a bit out of the time of the AHC
