AHC: Dutch Calais

Option 1: The Dutch Revolt wins decisively in the whole Spanish Netherlands, and not just the Northern half. There's no Spanish/Austrian Netherlands, no Belgium. The (greater) Netherlands later wins a war with France - likely as part of a European coalition, because even the enlarged state isn't winning it on their own - and they take the wealthy port of Calais, whose population historically spoke West Flemish, in the peace treaty.

PoD 2: Although Calais was French in 1792, and the Congress of Vienna of OTL was lenient towards France, Britain very much does not like the idea of the closest spot to Britain on the Continent being in French hands. They push for, and get, the cession of Calais to the Kingdom of the Netherlands at Vienna, although it's a running sore and they don't hold it long - if anything this PoD increases the dissatisfaction with rule from Amsterdam and Protestant dominance that led to the Belgian Revolution.
