AHC: Divide China into two

Division on the Yangtze river, makes geographical sense, and China has being divided repeatedly on that line.

It's also the -only- line China has ever being stably divided on.

But what about the provinces that occupied both sides of the river (like Anhui and Hubei)? Would that mean they'll be divided?
