I have a rough idea on the major changes responsible for a Disney-wank, as it may seem. Observe...
-Walt copyrights the ownership of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, and changes the public domain rights to see fit that the property's centennial would be when he/she/it would go into the public domain. For example, Fantasia would be in there in 2040.
-As a sort of secondary mascot, Walt still creates Mickey Mouse. For those who are confused at how these two icons could coincide with each other in any universe as this, imagine the Mickey V.S. Donald shorts, except with their rivalry being more of a "brotherly squabbling" sort of concept.
-As one of the better examples of "What Would Walt Do?", the Walt Disney Home Video branch is created in 1978, specifically for Betamax tapes and occasional Laserdisc releases, which were then known as Discovision releases.
-Disney purchases Nintendo in 1991 or earlier, which further implemented both companies into the public eye, due to better video game cartoons and movie adaptations.
- Nintendo purchases SEGA and sells Rareware to Microsoft a year earlier, on the condition that Rare can do whatever it pleases while making Xbox games.
- The plot of "Captain N: The Game Master" involves Kevin Keene playing Tetris on the NES, while his father plays the it on the Game Boy, until they get separated from each other in Videoland, somewhat reminiscent of a plot from one of the later OTL Mario games.
- The infamous "Sonic '06" is replaced by "Sonic Extreme", which gets released for the Wii, alongside sequels to "Samba De Amigo" and "Space Channel 5".
-The OTL acquisitions still happen, only with Disney not selling Dic Entertainment or Baby Einstein, because they made their products better for the former, and more educational for the latter.
I think this would cover it all.
