AHC: Disney taken over by Jim Henson

Let's assume Walt still dies in 1966, same as IOTL.

After that, what would be the earliest opportunity for Jim Henson to take over as head of the Disney company? Would he need anyone else to tag along with him?

I have a hard time imagining Henson desiring to be head of Disney, though it's a fun idea. The Jim Henson Company was a studio that sought to produce personal projects rather than become a multi-media empire. I don't see him as a guy who wants to have to be in charge of theme parks, entire television channels, etc. Dude just wanted to make simple puppet films, nothing more.

If Jim Henson making allot money with his studio to become a multi-media empire.
How low muss Disney run down, so he can buy it ?
I know that Disney had bad time in 1970s after Walt Disney died.
That change as new Management took over in end of 1970s
so what about Henson is part of this Management ?
