1.) You shouldn't Do Altenate History under the influence (lest you post ASB scenarios)
2.) In regards to the question I think the only way to pull this off is to avoid Czechoslovakia being formed as a united nation after WWI, but rather have them be in two seperate states. Additionally, ensure that Slovakia manages to remain neutral in WWII and backed by the Wallies in order to protect them from Soviet annexation after WWII.
