AHC: Continued Atomic Age/Space Age

What divergences from OTL would a TL require in which the public viewpoint and government policy of science and technology around the world remains like in OTL 1945 to roughly 1975±5 years.

For example:

-Western countries and former (or current) East Bloc countries retain a "Nuclear optimist, Fallout-style" design in aesthetics, such as rocket ship and space probe-like buildings, the Atomic Model as a popular design motif etc.

-People are positive about nuclear energy as being better environmentally than fossil fuels and more reliable than renewable energy

-Nuclear weapons are seen in a positive light, as devices which bring about peace by deterring both conventional wars, and Mutually Assured Destruction

-Consumer safety regulations are more lax, for example a company could market a betavoltaic battery-powered nuclear smartphone which you would never have to recharge

-Regular space travel to the Moon continues after 1972, eventually Soviet, Chinese, and Indian astronauts also land there. By now there is some kind of Moon Base

-A Manned mission to Mars is seriously planned or has already taken place

-Space exploration is still as mainstream in popular culture as during the OTL Cold War

Eisenhower pushes for a mixed federal transportation with nuclear energy powering public transportation and not just an interstate system. America is more dependent on it and needs to keep it in place.

Kennedy is not assassinated and Khruschev retains power in the Soviet Union. The manage to get a joint lunar landing in 1970. As part of further agreements they form a lunar research station for international purposes. No Skylab or International Space Station is built with this in place. As missions to Luna continue, advisers from other internationally forced space agencies are added also.

I must say I like this alternative from OTL very much!

Both the USA and the USSR seem to remain more progressive and Science-Positive in a TL like this, I especially like the idea of the joint Lunar Landing in the 1970s.

What about the Soviet Union's Interkosmos program? Any chance of landing a Czech or Hungarian cosmonaut on our natural satellite before the 20th century is out?

Could it happen, that the first non-USA, non-USSR person on the Moon is a woman?

If the fossil fuel lobby doesn't control Congress and military apparatus in the United States, an entirely different reality is possible.
