AHC: Conlang Nation

Is it possible for any constructed language, be they conceived for hypothetical historical outcomes (Brithenig, Wenedyk, etc.) or for international communication (Esperanto, Interlingua, etc.) or even some alternate conlang to become the official language of a nation or province? POD is whenever you want.

Hard Mode: The conlang is successfully used, or the most commonly spoken in said area.

Nightmare Mode: The conlang is generally the native language of most speakers.

Heaven or Hell Mode: A priori languages. (IE: Klingon, Dothraki)

Depends how you define Conlang, I suppose. Does something like Nynorsk, which was deliberately constructed by a linguist to provide a neutral standard between various dialects and which nobody spoke before, count? Because if it does then there are quite a few examples around.

I can't really see anything working before 1900, unless you think of most of the "actual" languages as Conlangs.

After 1900, though...the next in the Kim dynasty is a massive Trekkie, and demands that his people learn the noble language of the Klingons. The population have to go along with this, the international community alternately laughs and shivers in horror, and the Trekkie community shakes their head at the irony.

We can say, that such a country exist: Israel. Hebrew before XX century wasn't used asa day-to-day language by jewish communities around the world. To make it sound and look as it is today, it needed some "adjustments".

Same with Modern Greek. Also, I don't see why pidgins and creoles wouldn't suffice, and there's been quite a few of those. Maybe a slave revolt Caribbean country could make their creole their national language.

There was an attempt to turn Neutral Moresnet into an Esperanto speaking micronation (it was not actually the only attempt of the kind, there is also Rose Island) .

In 1908, the tiny territory of Neutral Moresnet declared Esperanto its official language. This move was even recognized by the World Congress of Esperanto (though, I highly suspect, not by Belgium or Germany, which surrounded the territory).
The above is the OTL part (which might already technically count for the OP); however, IOTL, WWI came soon, and the ridiculously tiny territory was occupied by German forces (and then awarded to Belgium after the war, along with some further nearby land).
I suppose in some highly alternate ATL, where WWI didn't exist and/or went in an entirely different way, it could've resulted in an actual Esperanto-speaking territory continuing for a few more decades (and possibly even expanding at some point). I suspect, however, that it would've needed a POD well before 1908, so that's pretty darn unlikely. :(

(EDIT: ninjaed, apparently )
