AHC: Communist revolution in the Ottoman Empire

As the title says, the challenge is to have a Communist revolution in the Ottoman Empire. Cookie if it survives long-term (dividing the Ottoman Empire into a communist and a rump imperial/republican/etc. state counts).

I know too little about modern Turkish history to give you any good ideas on who would be the ideal candidate/group to create such a regime. :( Though, obviously, you'd need a certain level of wide public outrage and maybe foreign backing from an existing communist state to make Turkey communist instead of the authoritarian-to-liberal-democracy path it took in OTL. As with the example of Russia and other countries, be warned : Jumping directly from modernized semi-feudalism into communism (Russia, Yugoslavia, Mongolia, North Korea, briefly Hungary) can have some nasty societal and cultural repercussions over time. ;)

You need to keep the Balkans, and maybe combine Islam and Marxism?

Keeping the Ottomans neutral in WW1 might be able to get the job done. Germany and Austria-Hungary fall quicker without the distractions of the Middle East, or maybe not, but if they do, then the Ottoman Empire will likely survive up until at least the thirties. During that time Arab revolts will probably lead to an unending occupation, which will result in dead Turkish sons and daughters which will result in a backlash.

As to how likely it is to happen, Im not sure.

Turkey joins the Axis officially and is royally screwed by the giant, monstrous, man eating(wait no, they did that?!) as the USSR!!!!!
