Survival of the DDR despite the collapse of the USSR? I suppose if the Germans wanted to, they could keep communism going for some time still, making 1992 the year when Russia was post-communist already while Communist Germany still lingered on.
I should have specified: a communist uprising in Germany without Russian communism ever taking over.
If the Russian revolution is a failure/never kicks off for whatever reason then there would be less reactionary upswing in the rest of Europe (perhaps the reverse if news of White massacres of communists reaches the rest of the world).
However, since the Allies intervened in the Russian revolution despite the difficulty and Germany is literally next door you would definitely see some intervention on behalf of the Whites in whatever parallel civil war/revolution analogue that occured in Germany.
