Socially conservative libertarians are just embarrassed/closeted conservatives who like weed. There's nothing wrong with living your personal life in line with conservative or religious values, but using the state to enforce those preferences and restrict individual choice may be the most non-libertarian thing possible. It's the difference between not having sex until marriage and keeping a kosher kitchen vs trying to ban pre-marital sex and make bacon illegal.

Have the Strassers remain dominant in the Nazi party and somehow come to power.

If such a government did come about in Germany, might we see a different World War 2? Perhaps a different Axis? I was thinking something along the lines of it being comprised of Germany-USSR-China-Hungary.

North Korea arguably could be considered a communo-fascist state. If the 1991 Soviet coup turned out differently (with Gorbachev or Yeltsin being killed, but coup still failing) or Yeltsin's 1993 self coup failed, the Soviet Union or Russia conceivably could come under the control of a red-brown regime.
