AHC: Christian Berber rule in Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia

There were actually several flavors of Christianity in Africa at the time of the Arab Conquest. You had the Church of Carthage, the Donatists, and the Vandals had Arianism,Nicene, and Chalcedonian Christianity. The Egyptians were Coptic as were the Ethiopians at the time. So,I foresee difficulty in conquering Egypt or African Horn, and there might be some hard feelings regarding the Catholic/Orthodox schism. But,there is the strong likelyhood of unifying North Africa, maybe bringing Sicily and Spain in the fold and setting up trade colonies in West Africa. Maybe they'll set up colonies in the Canary Islands as well. I don't know if the Vandals would survive or not, probably not as dominant, maybe as a relic ethnicity on the fringes.

Orthodox Christianity was dominant in North Africa by the time of the Arab conquest, although a lot of the population was rather syncretic in their beliefs. If the Vandals survived, it would only be in regional toponymy (perhaps a region named Vandalia/Bandalia/Andalia).

Christianity never was able to console at the rural and pastoral areas.

In a no Islam scenario Christianity will continue to percolate into North Africa.

It will adopt Berber characteristics and might even be viewed as heretical or at the very least heterodox by the mainline church in Rome or Constantinople but it would spread.

Berber leadership was definitely Christian though (until they were defeated by the Arabs), and the lands of Berber rulers like Masuna had an increasingly large number of bishoprics. I don't doubt that African Christianity would have Berber characteristics, but eventually it would be no more Berber than French Christianity is "French" or Spanish Christianity is "Spanish". Plenty of local traditions would exist, but anything too heretical wouldn't last long.
