AHC: Chetnik-Partisan Alliance Holds

Your challenge is to not only make sure that the Chetniks remain an anti-Axis resistance movement but that Mihailovic and Tito remain allies during the Axis Occupation of Yugoslavia.

What could be the effects of such an alliance in Axis-occupied Yugoslavia?

I don't see this as likely. The Chetniks were against the Germans but only as they were occupiers, and even then they were against the Partisans. I should do some more research though tbh.

The ideology of the Communists wouldn't allow a maintained alliance with the Chetniks. Maybe if Tito toys with a Nationalist-Communist Great-Serbian Yugoslavia ( although he is not Serbian himself), the Chetniks might integrate into the Communist Party.

Could the Chetniks adopt a Popular Front-oriented and/or Pan-Yugoslav ideology instead of Serb nationalism?

What do you believe would be needed for the Chetniks and Partisans to maintain their alliance?
