What @metalinvader665 says bears repeating. In OTL the Stikeen Territory was merged with British Columbia in 1863, there's a good chance that in a TL where Britain gains Alaska from the Crimea this might be attached to Alaska because it's closer.

Now I'm not saying it couldn't end up that way but most people seem to think an internal pan handle dispute would go BC's way, if that's the case I don't see the territory being added to Alaska

The panhandle dispute was 1905, the Stikeen would be added in 1863, so the panhandle dispute doesn't happen.

Starting no later than 1750 how would Alaska become part of Canada instead of the USA? Also what impact on history would that have had if any?

British conquest of Alaska? Of course, if Britain had conquered Alaska, the Canadian Confederation might have been delayed, but sooner or later the British colonies would have been granted home rule and eventually independence. In such a case, Alaska would have been included.

From what I understand, one reason Russia sold Alaska to the USA was that they thought Britain would sooner or later conquer it and they definitely did not want Britain to control Alaska.

Easiest PoD is Seward has a change of heart and says " No, screw that. People will think I'm an idiot."

or

Opposition to "Seward's Folly" is greater, and the purchase is blocked in Congress. Russia sells it to the British.
