AHC: Break up Polish national identity into sub-identities

With a POD after 1600, break-up Polish identity into smaller ones, preferably recreating those of the earlier tribes: the Silesians, Pomeranians, Vistulans, Masovians, Polans and Lendians. Bonus points for a POD at late as possible.

In 1600, both Mazovian and Silesian were distinct branches of Polish that are very different from Standard Polish that they can be considered as languages, perhaps someone standardizes those two languages.

Silesian is Archaic and maintained alot of Old Polish terms while Mazovian is in between standard polish and kashubian.
