It's assuming you had an invasion of Gaul to begin with.
What you had was a
series of raids between late 710's continuing up to the early XIth century, with no better motive than plunder.
Some were successful (as in late 710's or 725/726), other failed (721, 731/732), but ultimatly, you lacked an invasion motivation.
Granted, such razzias were often the premice of a more important invasion elsewhere, when they were successful.
But given the conditions
- Unified Francia, Peppinids controlling at least 2/3 of Gaul, when not more.
- Few Arabo-Berbers (between 10, 000 and 15 000 at best in 740's)
- Constant infighting, if not civil war, in Early Al-Andalus
- Lack of interest for Gaul (Most of the Muslims settling did so in Spain, Septimania being considered as a marche rather than safe).
I don't think you could have it being successful enough to launch a full scale invasion before the great Berber Revolt.
I could see a more successful 721 campaign,
and it would have some consequences, but nothing that decisive.
