AHC: avoid the Sack of Constantinople in 1204

The most obvious way to achieve this would be to not have Alexios Angelos to approach the Crusader army to place Issac II back on throne. Even more ideal however, would be the Angeloi never coming to power, whether that be by Andronikos Komenos being less tyrannical, or by putting John Komenos on his father's throne instead of him being killed by his own troops as in OTL.

Have the Byzantines not murder a few tens of thousands of Latins 20 years before, avoiding the drastic falling out from that event. As a bonus this also probably either prevents Andronikos from taking power, or at least makes him less of a disaster.

Reverse the outcome of Myriokephalon (or just avoid that battle). That defeat started the downward spiral. With no defeat there, Manuel I dies in glory, the threat in the east from the Turks is receded, and Alexios II is more accepted as emperor. Andronikos lacks support for his coup attempt.
