Well, for Founding Fathers, we have Egbert Benson of New York; so maybe he could become President in some regards. There is also Herman Knickerbacker of the same general era (although he was a Federalist) and, as others have said, the Schuyler and Van Cortlandt families.
We also have the Bush family which had Dutch blood in them - so there are now at least four Dutch-American Presidents
I think the main problem is that so much of Dutch immigration went to New York and, as a state, they haven't produced the greatest number of Presidents - especially during the Early Republic when Virginians were favored for the top spot. There was a fair amount of Dutch migration to Lower Michigan, however, so that might not be the worst place to look for a few more.
