AHC: Anglo-Iberian Union

Well since I don't know much of these countries monarch history I can't give you my proposal.

Back on topic, I want you to make a timeline where there is a union between spain ,England or Britain and Portugal (And France for some reason if you want to)

King Philip II of Spain (and Portugal after 1581 but the PoD may butterfly that) and Queen Mary I of England have a Single Son. There you go.

The Union is not likely to last, and honestly it would be better for both if instead they have 2 or more Sons so that the Empire can be divided into two portions, one being Spain+Italy and another being England+Netherlands. This split will almost assuredly happen the moment some King/Queen in the line has multiple kids that need to get land. Either that or it will happen unwillingly via a Rebellion somewhere.

So Would it Take something like an ASB to for them to be Integrated in to one Country

Integrated into one country? Very unlikely. Remaining united as a union of crowns for an extended period? This, I find much more likely. You have two possible dynamics: An Anglo-Spanish union, which would likely see their mutual desire to keep France in check holding them together to some degree. An Anglo-Portuguese union, which may be united by their focus on colonial expansion over continental conquests.
