AHC and WI: First Ottoman Constitutional Era Lasts Longer

How can the Constitution of 1876 last (at least a dozen years or so), or the return to absolutism be prevented (or delayed)? Would, for example, preventing or holding off the Russo-Turkish War be enough?

Have the Ottomans win the Russo Turkish war.

Easy. Have the Ottomans win against Russia.

OK, what's our best PoD here? Granted, my knowledge of this war is very limited; but FWIG Alexander II considered the neutrality of the other Great Powers tantamount before he threw Russia into the conflict, so it might be easier to prevent (by strengthening British objections, for example) than it would be to flip.

I think Nasirrisimo's Ottoman TL deals with the premise of a continued Constitutionalist Ottoman Empire.

Found it.
