AHC: Alternate February Revolution removes Nicholas but keeps the monarchy

This is pretty simple. What if during the February Revolution, they opted to simply force Tsar Nicholas to abdicate in favor of his heir and established a constitutional monarchy? Basically, they opt to keep the Russian monarchy but reduce them to figureheads and force the tsar out of power.

That's exactly what they did IOTL. Nicholas abdicated in favor of his younger brother Michael who then refused the crown, turning Russia into a Republic.

Does Czar Michael have the oomph to prevent a follow up Bolshevik revolution.

If the Russians continue in the Great War then this may not be possible.
