The Iroquois Confederacy initially tried to stay neutral in the American Revolution. But just as the conflict caused divisions among the colonists, it caused divisions among the Iroquois. Two of the six nations that made up the confederacy - specifically, the Oneida and Tuscarora - sided with the Patriots, while the remaining four sided with the British and loyalists.

Here's my challenge: have all six Iroquois nations ally with the Patriots.

To make an interesting TL, you'd have to have the Iroquois strong enough to form an independent nation, or at least state (Original 13-type state). No idea if they could remain that powerful in face of settler pressure.

The Iroqois are not welcome in Canada after war and after they are screwed by the Americans they have no place to go?

It was always in the better interest of the Iroquois (and all native Americans) to support the British over the Americans, the lesser of the two evils.

One of the main grievances of the Patriots was the British keeping them on the east side of the Appalachians and guarantee the Indians land to live in. So not sure how we get the natives who had been feeling opposition from the patriots and wanted their land to side with them. Its like signing your death warrant and helping execute it. You would need a much earlier POD for this to happen.

yeah like early 1600's and stop a lot massacres and change how the settlers interacted with the natives. Probably have try to find some reason to live together or something but this has major flaws.
