Bulgaria joins the allies in exchange for Russia bullying the Serbs into ceding territory. Germany is defeated in 1916. Russia annexes Posen, West Prussia, and Upper Silesia from Germany. Russia annexes the Straits and Wilsonian Armenia from Turkey.
Greece accepts the 1915 offer to join the war on the allied side en exchange for Cyprus.
Czechoslovakia is established as a Kingdom with a Romanov King.
Hungary was a Kingdom without a King. Here Horthy puts a Romanov on the throne.
Kurdistan is established and it's a Russian Client.
Yugoslavia and Bulgaria are Russian allies here.

East Prussia has been separated from Germany as the Kingdom of Prussia.
During the Turkish Wars of Independence, Russia works with the Greeks and captures Ankara. Greece retains Smyrna and rump Turkey is pretty much a Russian client.
Norway succeeds in getting Erik the Red's Land. Russia gets into a fight with Norway over Svalbard and seizes Erik the Red's Land and Svalbard.
Russia supports the Sheikh Khazal rebellion, getting a little client on the Gulf.
Over time the Tsar's Russia shifts into becoming a nationalistic Royalist-Fascist State. Russia's Eastern Bloc is comprised of Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Yugoslavia, East Prussia, Kurdistan, Turkey, Greece, and Khuzestan.
The combined industry of the OTL lost lands (Finland, Baltics, Poland) and allies/clients (Czechoslovakia and Hungary in particular) makes Russia more of a behemoth. Without the Holodomor, Civil War, Famines, or Purges Russia is tens of millions of people larger. Russia is not constrained by the straits and Russian bloc troops are already in central Europe.
