Your challenge is to make the following possible:

By 2017 all of Europe, Asia, the Southeast Asian islands up until the coast of Australia, the Middle East, and North Africa up until the Congo are united as the largest country of the world, Eurasia.

Nuuk, Tokyo, Mogadishu, and Murmansk belong to a single country.

Eurasia is a single-party Socialist state. Its capital is Moscow, its main language is Russian, which is taught in schools as a second language and serves as a lingua franca in the supernation, and the dominant cultural influence everyone in Eurasia partakes in, in a smaller or larger degree is Russian culture. Within the borders of Eurasia, Russian culture has a similar status as American culture has in our OTL world.

Eurasia consits of various SSRs, developed from the nations which Eurasia annexed. For example, there is a British SSR, an Egyptian SSR and a Chinese SSR. They have limited regional independence and power.

Eurasia is isolationist and doesn't trade with the rest of the world. Eurasians are forbidden from leaving Eurasia, and foreigners are forbidden from entering Eurasia.

The economy of the country is a single-party Communist command economy, although limited non-international market mechanisms are allowed. Eurasia is mostly an industrial country, with some areas where agriculture is more dominant.

Technology is about at a level somewhere between 1940 and 1980, although there are some modern advances mostly in resource extraction and some sectors of manufacturing. Eurasians don't have personal computers and mobile phones for example.

Eurasian cities are dull, grey places where most newer building are prefabricated, rectangular, concrete structures. Eurasian villages are underdeveloped with dirt roads and weak, primitive street lamps.

Culturally, there is, and has always been a strong drive to unify and equalize Eurasia, so an Eurasian will feel at home, no matter if he/she is in Lisbon, Cairo, or Hokkaido. Arguably some of this 'equalization' is an euphemism for "turning everyone into Russians."

In Eurasia, there are no wars, no terrorism, no territorial disputes and no overt regional displays of nationalism. Racism and misogyny are very serious offenses punished with years in prison or even execution. LGBT people are not openly discriminated by the state, but their plights are swept under the rug and the Kremlin pretends they don't exist.
Religion and regional cultures are tolerated, as long as it doesn't turn into fundamentalism and political movements.
