Okay, so I was really bored today, and I just decided to randomly swap around the ideologies of the major world powers (America, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, and Russia) using console commands.
Here's what I came up with:
- Britain (and the rest of the Commonwealth): Non-Aligned (I imagine Britain as a German Empire-style constitutional monarchy and the rest of the commonwealth as under loyalist military junta)
- Italy: Non-Aligned (Monarchist, like Britain)
- Japan: Non-Aligned (Still imperialistic and authoritarian, but with less weird fashy bullshit)
- France: Fascist (Dictatorship, not monarchistic)
- Germany: Communist
- America: Communist
- Russia: Democratic
The question I'm asking right now is, how do we actually make this happen?
I have a few ideas (will detail below), but some of these I legitimately have no clue about, although I have come up with semi-detailed goals and a pretty reasonable alternate political landscape.
