AHC: a 'proper' heir to the MiG-21

The Chinese have developed the Mig 21 and are still flying derivates, and the JF-17 is a directly related aircraft, imo the proper heir to the old Mig 21. It's just lacking state of the art jet engines but all Chinese jets lack those.

We did mention this Chinese plane before. Is there any direct prove it is indeed descendant of MiG-21?

The air intake wandered further down during its evolution to make room for a better radar.

Then it went to the side with the J-8 II, which is the evolution of the J-8 I, an enlaged, very fat Mig 21 clone with 2 engines instead of one.

Which leads us to the last step, air intakes at the side and only one engine, for Pakistan and other firendly nations, the Chinese have better things for themselves.
