Going through this thread I came across the word "Kevinism". I googled this and found the whole thing to be absolutely ludicrous that it is somehow coupled with lower socio-economic level parents who would name their child this. Or that this name would somehow prejudice prospective employers/teachers/partners against the person.
So, the challenge, should you accept, is that we have the name make it into royal or episcopal/papal names (several other Irish names ended up in Germany - Killian (think there was a (Schönborn) prince-bishop with this name) and Coloman (king of Hungary had this name) for instance) so that "Kevin" is not solely coupled with Macaulay Culkin in the popular imagination. Or the reddit story mentioned in the other thread.
PS: I'd like to read the reddit story if anyone can post a link I'd be grateful.
