AHC: 1914 borders last to the modern day?

Your challenge, is to have as little change as possible from the world's political borders as they existed on the eve of WWI. Bonus points if the same regime is in charge. Germany is still offically an Empire for example, China is still offically a Republic, etc.

In Americas it is easy. Well, even in OTL borders in Americas haven't changed very much. In Europe it might be quiet difficult. In Western Europe borders might stay same and German Empire can survive easily. Austro-Hungary might survive it changes as federal state reigning by Habsburg dynasty. So Franz Ferdinand should survive and not WW1. Ottoman Empire could survive easily too. Russian empire is much more difficult thing. I don't believe that it has any changes to survive or even preserve borders of 1914. Colonial empires probably collapses but much later. Borders might be same as on 1914.

I think its impossible - decolonisation WILL happen during the 20th century

A-H - I would like it to survive, but to survive some things MUST happen - Good relations with Italy, Slavic minorities have to be appeased (Serbia/Romania) neutralised, Hungarians taken a peg or two down. So same borders implausible, but similar borders are possible)
