AH Challenge: Northeast African War

AFAIK the northeast corner of Africa (Egypt, Libya, etc.) has seen little transnational conflict on the scale of other parts of Africa. With the possibility of an indictment against the Sudanese president and tensions between Sudan and Chad, I had an idea.

Your challenge is to create a political situation in northeast Africa that ends up with Libya, Chad, Sudan, and Egypt (or any combination of the four) declaring war on each other. Bonus points if such a conflict ends up having the same scope of the Second Congo War.

Don't forget Libya once tried to conquer Chad, but the Chadians successfully defend their country with Egyptian aid.

Egypt would at in a conflict like this have a hard time, they have quite friendly relations with Sudan, but also quite good relation with Chad. The relations with Libya aren't all that bad, but more tense than with the other two. I doubt Egypt would want to fight at the same side as Libya, but neither would they want to figth their Sudanese brothers.
