AH Challenge: Most Freudian List of US Presidents

This one is a little immature, but it's also extremely creative.

Your challenge is to have the most people with last names like Johnson and Cox and first names like Dick and Willie elected president with a PoD of January 1st, 1960.

Bonus points if you can make suggestive VPs.

Extra bonus points if you can do this without any presidential deaths or resignations.

Okay, I lied, this is extremely immature, but it makes you think if nothing else.

Due to a spelling mistake, Allan W. Clinton gets registered as "Cliton" in 1880. When the error is discovered, for some obscure reason it cannot be corrected. So Roger becomes Cliton, too, and so does little Billy.

If this doesn't seem plausible in 1880, you can move PoD a few generations back. :D

List of Presidents and VPs in OTL, 1961-now:
John F. Kennedy/Lyndon Baines Johnson
Johnson/Hubert H. Humphrey
Richard 'Dick' Nixon/Spiro Agnew
Dick Nixon/Gerald Ford
Gerald Ford/Nelson Rockefeller
Jimmy Carter/Walter Mondale
Ronald Reagan/George Bush
George Bush/Dan Quayle
Bill 'Slick Willie' Clinton/Al Gore
George Bush/Dick Cheney
Barack Obama/Joe Biden

One option:
1) Flip Hawaii, Missouri and Illinois to the Nixon camp in 1960, throwing the election to the House of Representatives. With the support of Southern representatives who don't trust Kennedy, Dick Nixon wins the White House; in the Senate, Johnson is picked. Thus, Dick Nixon/Lyndon Johnson.
2) Johnson runs in '64, alongside Gaylord Nelson, governor of Wisconsin, beating Nixon's ticket. Johnson/Gaylord Nelson
3) Dick Nixon/George Bush beats Johnson/Nelson in 1968.
4) Nixon is term-limited out in 1972. Bush/Richard 'Dick' Roudebush (Administrator of Veterans' Affairs and former representative from Indiana) wins in 1972, beating the Democratic candidates.
5) Mike Mansfield (Senate Majority Leader)/Archibald Cox (solicitor general for Johnson) wins in '76, and is re-elected in '80.
6) Cox/Henry Waxman wins in '84 and is re-elected in '88.
7) Waxman/Bill 'Slick Willie' Clinton wins in '92.
8) Dick Lugar/George W. Bush wins in '96 and 2000.
9) Bush/Dick Cheney wins in 2004 and 2008.

I think I should get bonus points for Mansfield/Cox and Cox/Waxman.

God, I feel really, really immature right now.

Good one anon, except OTL, Bentsen was not VP to Carter. Walter Mondale was.

Winfield Hancock 1880, James Cox in 1920, of course Andrew Johnson as in OTL...

Who else? Prescott Bush 1950s?

Dick Durbin, Dick Lugar, Dick Armey :D,
