Well...that is it, in a nutshell. We have seen lots of 'Byzantium survives' timelines, how about one for Armenia?
From Wikipedia: "It was located on the gulf of Alexandretta of the Mediterranean Sea in what is today southern Turkey. The Kingdom remained independent from around 1078 to 1375"
Armenian Cilicia had advantages that Greater Armenia (their ancestral homeland) did not: close proximity to the western powers, access to the sea (and they traded extensively with them), alliances with the crusader states, etc.
So...your challenge is to spin the wheel of fate and make Armenia survive!
Full points if the Kingdom keeps its borders (all of Cilicia); bonus points if it expands (and Cyprus is a province of the realm, plus whatever other territory it can grab).
