Ah Challenge: make Churchill British PM as early as possible

IOTl Churchill is known for his Premiership during World War II, with a lengthy parliamentary career beforehand.
But as the title indicates, your challenge is to make Winston Churchill Prime Minister as early as possible.
Pod must be after Churchill enters parliament, bonus points if you can find a way of making him PM throughout World War I.

Make Gallipolli a resounding success that forces the Turkish Government to capitulate within days of the landing thus ending the Middle East front before it began. Churchill's parliamentary stocks would be sky high in such a scenario and if the Liberals continue to split as per OTL he would be a logical figure for the conservatives to rally around.

Before that I'm not sure though. He reportedly admired Joseph Chamberlain and if you can engineer a win for the Conservatives in 1906 he might be his protege which might allow him to succeed him in the future. Depending on how long the Conservatives can retain government he might even get the mantle as WW1 starts.

I like the idea of Churchill being PM after a successful Gallipoli and I agree with you that he'd have almost certainly ended up as PM at some point in that scenario.
Churchill would need to get past both Asquith (who may cling on if the war is going better) and Lloyd-George though, which could be a problem.

Churchill as Tory PM could work if Chainberlain becomes leader in 1902 I suppose. In 1906 the liberals still win, but not as heavily as OTL. Chainberlain resigns as leader around 1909, making way for Churchill, who subsequently brings the Tories back to power sometime between 1910 and 1914.

Is Churchill becoming a Liberal PM in the 1920s ASB?

Depends on the Pod. If it's any time after 1900 (when Churchill entered the commons) I'd say no, though it's hard to bring it about. From Gallipoli onwards though the odds of him becoming PM diminish and I say it's probably ASB to have him leading any party as soon after Gallipoli as the 1920's, if we get the same result. It's probably a challenge in itself to have a Liberal Government in office during the 1920's with a post gallipoli Pod, because of the split in the party.

I victory in Gallipoli would help Asquith more than Churchill. He was the Prime Minister and he would take the plaudits. After that the commanders of the expedition would be praised.
