Just what it says on the Tin.

Make the US and Ottoman Empire both members of the Central Powers and then engage in Joint operations in WW1. What do you think this will mean post war?

Hmm. First thing that springs to mind is that the US decides to send an expeditionary force to the Ottomans to give their soldiers generals a bit more experience in a theater where there forces are not going to be completely dwarfed by the scale of the conflict. That was a problem the AEF experienced in OTL; early on before recruitment and training really got started, the force was just too small to make a difference on the Western Front. Working with the Ottomans might give the US forces a chance to get blooded without being completely dwarfed by the huge armies of the Western and Eastern Fronts.

Plus the US has more experience with COIN operations than any other nation, so an Op in the Hejaz hunting down TE Lawrence's little rebellion would be well within their capabilities.
