I've been recently thinking about a "nicer" nazi germany, and the thought crossed my mind that you could have a more pragmatic and less genocidal leader but still be able to have him be antisemitic. So in stead of forced labor or extermination, in stead Hitler or some other german dictator sees the manpower potential of all those undesireable races but still wants a "clean" german fatherland. So in stead of so much forced action, he decided to passive aggressively push the jews out of Germany proper. So he enacts some defacto anti-jewish laws such as unfavoreable zoning and tax laws in primarily jewish neighborhoods within Germany then eliminates all antisemitic legislation in German controlled Poland and France thus causing the Jews to want to leave Germany for greener pastures elsewhere. Although not anywhere near nice or moral, such actions would be no worse than those of the USA or other nations at the time, especially regarding Japanese american citizens. Also no "jewish question" removes one hurdle to cooperation between Britain and Germany. Then maybe make France communist which breaks up the Entente probably, you might just get some kind of communism vs. capitalism type of war in stead.
Hell, with no holocaust, hitler might look quite a bit nicer than Stalin, his body count is much lighter. If you eliminate racism from hitlers regime alltogether, he would probably be viewed as some sort of great leader who tried to restore his nation to former greatness and was the strongest voice against bloshevism in europe.
