It seems like whenever we talk about Presidents who could have won a third term post-WWII, the most popular to come up are Eisenhower, Reagan and Clinton. The problem with Eisenhower and Reagan is that their age and their health likely would have stopped them from running, even if the 22nd Amendment didn't. In that way, Clinton is probably the only Post-WWII President who could have won a third term.

So, your challenge, should you accept it, is with a POD after 1992, have Bill Clinton serve at least three full terms as President. The real challenege will be finging a way to repeal the 22nd Amendement before 2000. No World Wars or WMDs are allowed. Bonus points if you can have him win four or five terms! ;)
