Against All Odds Wiki

Greetings! I will be shamelessly plugging today!

Some of you may have read Trekaddict/Trekchu's AAR over on the Paradox Interactive forums, Against All Odds: The British Empire in World War II. If you haven't, I encourage you to do so - although it is a bit of a doorstopper, with a slow update time.

That said, the object of my plugging today is the Against All Odds Wiki. This is a wiki which I maintain, for stuff set in the AAO universe. If anyone wants to join, feel free - it is a wiki, after all.

If you do want to contribute and are unsure of something, I'm usually available to lend a helping hand or offer a tip.

Hope to see you around,
ViperhawkZ

Just curious -- Can you give the TL;DR :)o) version of why the Nazis and Soviets remained allied?

At first, they were operating on the principle of "get rid of the competition then fight mano-a-mano"; by the time that became unfeasible, the Allies were calling for blood. Either of them betraying the other or backing out would have just given them another enemy and still no mercy from the Allies. Also, their insane dictators were still convinced they could pull a reversal.

Ah, I see. That didn't stop Hitler in OTL, though. If anything, I'd think he'd be more encouraged to attack the Soviets if they're already entangled with the Japanese in the east.

Well, Hitler was nothing if not unpredictable. :p Assume he had a brief moment of clarity and decided not to bork himself even more.
