After effects on Europe after Soviet success...

...In the Polish-Soviet War? How would the 'Democratic' nations of Europe react with a Soviet force that now had a portion of Eastern Poland and had a puppet state set up within the left-over nation of Poland?

How would this affect fascism? I can imagine it would be more popular in Western Europe due to the encroachment of Soviets further into 'Democratic' Europe. But what about fascism in Italy and Germany? I can imagine in Italy it would be the same generally, but what about in Germany? It's obviously to late to help the Communist Revolution in the late 1910's, but what would the affect on the Nazi party be? More popular in general now that the German people will feel more threatened by a Soviet puppet state right next door?

Discuss :) This is all helping towards a final TL I will begin to finally draw up.

EDIT: The success would be a Treaty that would cede a portion of Eastern Poland to the USSR, but would have the rest of Poland as a Soviet puppet state.
